Moments

Hi Everyone,

I usually only have time to post about my DT work, but recently I went away to a scrapbooking retreat out at Minden with 34 other amazing women and actually got to do something for myself.

This evening I wanted to share with you the layout that I did on the last evening using the most amazing range of papers called Heart Painted by Lemoncraft.  They not only bring out a range of papers, but also flair buttoms, ribbons/trims and flowers and other embellishments.  I have several of the different ranges and this was my first layout I have done using them.

The lace trims I purchased from the most amazing scrapbooking store called BELLA PAPERIE on the northside of Brisbane.  Debra, the owner hand dies all her laces and trims.  Her store is a treasure trove of everything pretty and so different to other stores which makes it so attractive.

I loved making this layout.  It is of me with my mummy, back in 1968. I was thinking of giving it to her for her birthday which just happens to be Christmas Day but I think I want to keep it to myself.
